The Fryent Way Surgery
I am proud to sponsor AC Finchley Community Club and grass roots football as I have seen our boys connect and grow through football since the age of four years. Having come from humble backgrounds myself, I have been passionate in football from the day I arrived in London aged four years old. As a doctor, I see the benefits of grass roots football to all children including being part of a community, friendship, exercise, health, team spirit, inspiration to achieve, camararderie and a passion for the beautiful game. The list is endless. Having two boys preparing to play for our newly formed team, seeing their friends and families come together with AC Finchley Community Club gives me great pride and pleasure to give something back to our community. This is not about money or business to me. This is the opportunity to give something back to our community and to give a group of boys the ability to believe in themselves and their team as one and in association with such a great community club. Children need to believe they can achieve, they can be healthy, they can be happy and that they can be part of a community and achieve not just for themselves but for their team and everyone around them. As a doctor I know that football is not a cure for all of our illnesses but for our children it is a game that brings out the best in every child. Through grass roots football we can bring children together, we can give them the ability to believe, to be healthy and most importantly to be able to stand up proud in our community as part of a team, a family of friends and friends of a community who all share a passion for the beautiful game we call football.
